HEaring aid
Team Lead: Alex Zahn
Disabling hearing loss affects over 300 million people globally. For many of those affected, especially those in developing countries, hearing aids are too costly to obtain. The Medical Design Club hearing aid team is striving to develop a low-cost, rechargeable, waterproof hearing aid that will be both affordable and practical. We are a team of students from various engineering disciplines: electrical, biomedical, materials, and computer science. The hearing aid project can always use more help from dedicated students willing to apply their skills to improve the lives of those who suffer from hearing loss. |
